Effective November 7, 2026
This policy explains how LostPokeCenter LLC (“we”, “us”), an Arizona company, handles information on this website, lostpokecenter.com. It applies to this website only.
This website does not ask for or collect personal information. It has no sign-up, account, contact form or checkout (the “Ask us” buttons on the Shop page just open an email to us), and it does not use advertising, tracking cookies or analytics tools.
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that information to identify you. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how it handles this data.
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you. We do not sell it, add it to a mailing list or share it with anyone, except our email service, which stores the messages. We keep emails only as long as we need them to help you or to keep normal business records.
When you buy from us on Whatnot, Whatnot handles your account, payment and shipping details under Whatnot’s own privacy policy and terms.
If you ask about an item on our Shop page, we use your message only to answer it. If we then agree a sale with you directly, we use your name, email and shipping address only to complete and ship that order, and we keep the order records that the law requires. We will tell you how payment works before you pay. We do not sell or share buyer information for marketing.
This website links to other services, including Whatnot, TikTok, YouTube and Google Play. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle information.
Our SetMaster app has its own SetMaster Privacy Policy and SetMaster Terms of Use.
This website does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can ask us what information we have from you, or ask us to delete your emails, by writing to [email protected].
If we change how this website handles information, for example when our own online store opens, we will update this page and its effective date.
